How do try again, practice mode and streaks work?

Replay a real conversation against an AI prospect built from it, beat your original score, and keep a daily practice streak going with XP, levels and leagues.

Recorded conversations and practice sessions are connected. A weak door becomes a roleplay, the roleplay pays XP, and daily practice builds a streak. This article covers the loop.

Try again from a real conversation

Open any conversation with an overall score of 70 or lower. Below the feedback you see a Practice This Conversation card: "Your score was N. Practice with an AI prospect using the same objections to improve." Tap AI Roleplay.

Roonly builds a scenario from that call. The prospect persona takes the contact's name and attitude, the objections are the ones actually raised, and the goals are written from what you missed. Difficulty follows the original score: a rough call produces a Hostile prospect, a middling one Neutral, a near miss Nice.

The Practice Session screen shows:

  • Try Again with AI with the persona and difficulty, and your Best score so far.
  • Practice Mode, Goals Mode or Full Sale.
  • Original Conversation with the prospect, your Original Score and the Objections You Faced.
  • Your Goals and Previous Attempts.

Tap AI Roleplay to start. The session runs like any other roleplay. Afterward, the conversation screen replaces the card with Practice Progress: attempts completed, Original versus Best Practice score, XP earned, and a Practice Again button. Try-again sessions pay a retry bonus on top of normal XP.

Practice mode

Every roleplay offers two modes. Goals Mode ends as soon as the AI judges you have covered the listed goals; it is designed for a few minutes between doors. Full Sale runs the whole conversation and expects a close, and it is the mode that can award You Closed the Deal. You can flip between them on the setup screen or during the session.

Streaks

The flame at the top of the Train tab is your practice streak: the number of consecutive days on which you finished a roleplay or completed a lesson. Listening to a replay or a single speak step does not count. The flame is bright on days you have already practiced. If a day is about to pass with no practice, it turns red and shows At risk. Miss a day and the streak restarts at 1 the next time you practice.

If you have Streak at Risk and Streak Milestone notifications on, Roonly reminds you before a streak breaks.

XP, levels and leagues

Every roleplay, completed lesson and replay listened to pays XP. Roleplay XP scales with your score, difficulty and completion; a score of 90 or higher earns a bonus. The Train tab shows an XP bar with your current level, which climbs every 100 XP.

Weekly XP also places you in a league: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond. The badge next to the flame shows your tier and resets each week.

Points and badges on your profile

Practice XP and field points share one ledger. Recorded conversations, sales, leads, callbacks, completed goals and badges all add points. Tap the Points card on Home or the Level and Rewards card on your Profile to open Points History, a dated list of everything you earned. The Profile also shows your level name, the points needed for the next one, and the badges you have collected for milestones such as your first sale or a run of consecutive recording days.

Getting the most from it

  • Do the try-again roleplay the same day as the conversation, while the door is fresh.
  • Keep the streak alive with a single Goals Mode session; it takes two or three minutes.
  • Re-run a scenario until it is green, then move to the next Focus Area.
