Does Roonly work with FieldRoutes?

Yes. FieldRoutes is live: Roonly reads your customers, plans, routes and balances, and writes notes, bookings and signups back. You can start in shadow mode and see exactly what it would write before it writes anything.

What does Roonly write into my CRM?

Facts only: what the customer asked for, what was booked or signed, and a link to the conversation. Every write is logged with the conversation that caused it. Call scores and coaching never go into your CRM; they stay in Roonly.

Which CRMs does Roonly work with?

FieldRoutes for pest control and JobNimbus for roofing today, AccuLynx and GoHighLevel in beta, ServiceTitan through a private app on your own account, and PestPac next. Jobber, Housecall Pro, HubSpot and Salesforce are available on request.

Do I have to change my phone system?

No. Connect the phone system you already run, like CallRail or any system with a webhook, and every office call is scored and coached. OpenPhone, Dialpad, Aircall, Zoom Phone and others are in beta.

Can it move visits or charge cards?

Not on its own. You turn each kind of write on or off. It never moves an existing visit or charges a card on its own; when you're ready, you can let it move visits to open times on the same tech's route.
