How do I read my feedback and know what to fix first?
Start with the lowest stage bar and the Focus Areas list, check the objections you lost, then practice the conversation with AI if the score was 70 or lower.
A scored conversation gives you more than a number. This article walks through each section of the conversation screen in the mobile app and suggests an order for turning the feedback into your next practice session.
The stage bars
Under Performance Scores you see the Overall Score and five bars: Opener, Discovery, Value Prop, Objections and Close. Green is 70 and above, orange is 50 to 69, red is below 50.
Look for the lowest bar first. One weak stage usually explains the overall score, and it is the stage the coaching tips will talk about. If Discovery is red and everything else is green, you talked before you asked.
Talk ratio
The Talk Ratio row shows your share of the conversation against the prospect's. Reps who dominate the airtime tend to score low on Discovery; reps who barely speak tend to score low on Value and Close. Aim for a balanced split and use this row to check whether a low stage score is really a listening problem.
AI Feedback and the quick takeaways
The AI Feedback card is a two-sentence summary. Below it:
- Objections Raised lists the pushbacks the prospect used, as short labels such as price, timing or trust.
- Focus Areas is a checklist of the two or three things the AI wants you to work on next. This is the closest thing to a to-do list on the screen.
Then three collapsible cards. Tap each heading to expand it:
- What went well. Keep doing these.
- Areas to improve. Specific misses, often with the line that caused them.
- Coaching Tips. Actionable suggestions, usually phrased as something to say next time.
The transcript and timeline
The Transcript card shows the first eight lines with your name on your lines and Prospect on theirs. Tap View full transcript to read everything. The Conversation Timeline at the top plays the audio, with skip buttons and playback speeds up to double time, drawn over a chart of who was speaking. Scrub to the moment an objection came up and listen to your own response. Reading a tip is useful; hearing yourself hesitate is what changes behavior.
On the web dashboard your manager also sees Key Moments: timestamped objections, strong moments, missed opportunities and closing attempts, each with a short explanation. Ask your manager to walk one of these with you if a score surprised you.
What to fix first
- Fix the outcome if it is wrong. Tap the pencil in the header. Outcomes drive points and contests.
- Read Focus Areas. Pick one item, not three.
- Find the objection you lost. Match an item in Objections Raised to the moment in the transcript and listen to it.
- Practice it. If the score was 70 or lower, a Practice This Conversation card offers an AI roleplay built from this exact conversation, with the same objections and a persona modeled on the prospect. If the score was higher, open the Train tab and pick a scenario for that stage.
- Check your coaching plan. After a few conversations with the same weakness, Roonly adds a suggestion to Your Coaching Plan on the Train tab. That suggestion is the AI's own answer to "what should I fix first".
Notes and manager comments
Notes attached to a recording appear in the Notes card. When a manager comments on the conversation from the dashboard, the comment appears under Manager Comment and you get a push notification if Manager Feedback notifications are on. There is no reply box in the app; talk to your manager directly.
History
The History tab lists every scored conversation with its score and outcome. Use the Week and Month filters and the Performance Trend chart to see whether the stage you are working on is moving. A filter for conversations with manager comments helps you find the ones worth re-reading.
