What is on the manager dashboard?
The web dashboard gives managers an Overview, a Team page with every rep's numbers, the Conversations library, Insights on objections, and the Training and Contests tools.
Managers and admins work in the web dashboard at roonly.ai. Reps cannot sign in to it; a rep who opens the dashboard is sent to the app download page instead. This article is a map of what you find there.
Navigation
The sidebar is grouped into four sections:
- Overview. The landing page.
- Coaching. Insights and Conversations.
- Performance. Team, Goals and Contests.
- Admin. Manage Team, Training, and, for admins only, Integrations and Company.
Settings and Sign Out sit at the bottom. If your company has Roonly Office, a Field and Office toggle in the top right switches the whole sidebar to the office lens. Everything described here is the Field lens.
Admins see every team. Managers see only the teams they manage. A team with no manager is visible only to admins, so assign one when you create a team.
Overview
Four cards summarize this week: Conversations, Avg Score with the change from last week, Active Reps who recorded this week, and Active Contests. Below them a Performance Trend chart covers the last 14 days, a Team Performance chart shows your busiest reps, Goals Progress shows how assigned goals are tracking, and Recent Conversations lists the latest five. A Coaching Alerts panel flags conversations that scored under 60. Use the All Teams dropdown to narrow any of it to one team.
Team
The Team page lists every member with Conversations, Avg Score, Talk Time, Trend, Last Active and a Status of Needs Coaching, On Track or No Activity. A green dot next to a name means they recorded today. Filter by team, role or date range; the Coaching Needed card lists reps whose average is under 60. Managers can also turn on tally columns if the company tracks daily activity counts such as doors knocked.
Click a rep to open their page: outcomes, talk ratio, questions asked, a performance chart, Skill Gaps Detected with one-click Assign buttons that push a practice suggestion to the rep, their training and goal progress, and every conversation they have recorded. From here you can also skip a rep's onboarding.
Insights
Insights is the team-wide view of what prospects say and how reps respond. Top Objections ranks the objections heard most, with the average handling score for each; click one for real examples of good and poor responses and AI-suggested replies. Further down are Top Performers, Best Objection Handlers, Question Quality, Score Trends, Talk Ratio Analysis, Winning Conversations and a What's Working summary of the techniques and phrases that correlate with sales.
Training
The Training page is where you build lessons, manage roleplay scenarios, assign work and set auto-triggers. Tabs cover Overview, Insights, Lessons, AI Roleplay, Assignments, Team Progress, Auto-Triggers, Videos and Audio. The lessons article covers the wizard; the roleplay article covers scenarios. The Auto-Triggers tab controls whether Roonly adds suggestions to reps' coaching plans on its own and at what score threshold.
Goals and Contests
Goals assigns a target such as Sales, Conversations or Avg Score to a team or an individual for a day, week or month, with points and an optional prize on completion. Contests and bracket challenges are covered in their own article.
Company and Settings
Company holds your profile, products, competitors and Training Materials, where playbooks are uploaded. Its Activity Tracking section controls Shift Button Mode and tally tracking for the mobile app. Settings covers the organization name, appearance, and a simpler invite list.
Two things that follow you everywhere
An AI chat panel is available on every page for questions about your team's data. And when a rep receives a new coaching suggestion, a toast appears for their manager with a Practice now link, so you know what the app just asked them to work on.
