AI Tools That Work With FieldRoutes

FieldRoutes connects to AI tools through its open API and partner marketplace. Roonly, Avoca, AgentZap, Goodcall and Siro each cover a different job.

FieldRoutes is where many growing pest companies keep their customers, routes and billing. The AI tools worth adding are the ones that work inside it: they read the account, book on the real routes, and write back what happened, so nobody retypes anything.

Here are the AI tools that document a FieldRoutes connection today, what each one does, and what to ask before you connect one.

How do AI tools connect to FieldRoutes?

Two ways. FieldRoutes has an open API that outside tools use to read and write FieldRoutes data, and it runs a partner marketplace, which listed 17 partners when we checked. Some AI tools are marketplace partners; others connect through the API and document the integration on their own sites.

The difference that matters is not how they connect but what they do once connected: read only, book new visits, or work existing customers' accounts end to end.

What AI does FieldRoutes include?

FieldRoutes builds AI into its own product. Its smart schedules weigh variables such as customer preferences and weather, and intelligent routing assigns specialized jobs to techs with the right skills. On October 8, 2026, at its Ignite conference, FieldRoutes announced three upcoming features:

  • Command Center: conversational analytics, dashboards and proactive monitoring.
  • Revenue Retention: flags customers at risk of churn and shows the signals behind each flag.
  • Intelligent dispatch: finds ways to fill same-day openings when a visit cancels.

FieldRoutes also offers Marketing Pro, its own email and direct mail campaigns.

Which AI agents work with FieldRoutes?

1. Roonly

Best for: the customers you already have: texts, website chat and the phone, worked inside FieldRoutes.

Roonly is an AI agent for pest control that works inside FieldRoutes. It reads your customers, plans and routes, and books, signs and notes right in your account. It answers reschedule and billing questions, sends every cancel to a save attempt first, checks in before the one-year mark, and runs upsells your team approves, winbacks, quote follow-ups and collections conversations with FieldRoutes' own pay link. It asks only happy customers for reviews. When your office turns it on, the bookings it makes land on the tech who's already nearby (smart scheduling). It can run in shadow mode before it goes live, and it scores CSR calls and builds AI roleplay from them (CSR call coaching).

Limitation: FieldRoutes today, with PestPac next. Pricing is quoted on a call.

2. Avoca AI

Best for: answering and booking calls around the clock.

Avoca is listed in the FieldRoutes marketplace as a 24/7 AI voice agent. Its AI CSR answers calls, texts and chats and books jobs, and Avoca Coach scores calls for managers. It also integrates with ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro.

Limitation: pricing isn't published; Avoca books demos.

3. AgentZap

Best for: a low-cost AI that answers calls and books into the FieldRoutes calendar.

AgentZap answers calls in your company's name, checks technician availability and route schedules in FieldRoutes, books visits into the FieldRoutes calendar through the API in real time, and syncs new callers' details. It lists $109 a month for AgentZap plus FieldRoutes.

Limitation: its FieldRoutes page describes new-caller intake and booking; it doesn't describe working existing customers' accounts.

4. Goodcall

Best for: after-hours and overflow call answering connected to FieldRoutes.

Goodcall answers calls around the clock, takes each caller's details, and connects to FieldRoutes through its API for real-time information and automated scheduling. Plans start at $79 a month.

Limitation: its FieldRoutes page doesn't say which records it reads or writes, so ask before you connect it.

5. Voice for Pest

Best for: a pest-specific phone system with AI features.

Voice for Pest is listed in the FieldRoutes marketplace as a phone system built for pest control with a FieldRoutes integration. Its AI suite includes AI Voice Agents and AI Summary Notes, and it offers after-call texts and call tracking.

Limitation: it replaces your phone system, which is a bigger change than adding a tool.

6. Siro

Best for: coaching door-to-door and in-home sales from recorded conversations.

Siro is listed in the FieldRoutes marketplace and records face-to-face sales conversations for AI-powered coaching, with scoring and roleplay.

Limitation: it coaches your salespeople; it doesn't work the office or existing customers.

7. LoyaltyLoop

Best for: NPS, Google reviews and unhappy-customer alerts.

LoyaltyLoop is listed in the FieldRoutes marketplace. It runs customer surveys by email or text that measure NPS, turns happy customers into Google reviews, captures referrals, and alerts you when a customer is unhappy.

Limitation: it finds the unhappy customer; your team still has the conversation. Pricing isn't published.

Can customers reschedule or ask billing questions by text inside FieldRoutes?

FieldRoutes sends automated appointment and payment reminders, offers AutoPay, and has an online portal where customers pay invoices. The conversations those messages start, "can you come Thursday instead," "why is my bill higher," need someone to answer them.

That's where an agent comes in. FieldRoutes sends the notices; Roonly handles the replies, inside FieldRoutes. It answers billing questions and sends FieldRoutes' own pay link, never asking for a card number by text. For reschedules, it takes the times that work for the customer and hands your office the request to confirm. When you're ready, you can let it move visits itself, only to open times on the same tech's route. Churn and save math: pest control churn rate.

What should you ask before connecting an AI tool to FieldRoutes?

  1. What does it read, and what does it write? Booking a new caller is different from changing an existing customer's account.
  2. Can you test it first? Look for a test or shadow mode, so you can see what it would do before it does it.
  3. What reaches a person? Anything it can't finish should land with your team, with the conversation attached.
  4. Who does it serve? New callers, existing customers, your salespeople or your office staff. At one pest company we studied, 74% of office calls came from existing customers.
