Most roofing reps close the authorization and leave. The supplement documentation that determines how much the job is worth happens during the same site visit -- and most reps were never trained to capture it.

The Supplement No One Trained You to Capture

Most roofing D2D teams train their reps to close the authorization. That is the right priority. But there is a second conversation most reps never learn, and it happens during the same site visit.
